No, women in Ukraine aren’t up for a sexy webcam chat right now

I would like to think that anyone who blunders onto my website is smart enough to know better, but just in case…

Let me be very clear. No, there aren’t women in Ukraine are keen to have a sexy webcam chat with you right now.

Here’s a spam email I received last night, trying to convince me otherwise.

Ukraine spam

I’m sure there are plenty of people in Ukraine who could do with a helping hand, but I very much doubt they have the time to slip into some sexy lingerie and fire up their webcam so you can get your rocks off.

Chances are that it’s more likely they’ll be donning combat clothing than something skimpy, or focusing on getting their loved ones to safety. 🙁

If you want to help the many people suffering as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, here’s a better option than clicking on a link in a spam email.

Personally, I would also suggest that you were wary of acting upon any unsolicited emails you may receive purporting to come from Ukraine and asking you to make donations into a cryptocurrency wallet as well.

Ukraine scam

The best way to offer financial support to those suffering is to use established, well-recognised charities instead.
